Rekord would like to thank its readers and communities who donated to the #HelpingKnysna project.

Knysna in Western Cape was ravaged by veld fires rcently,. leaving hundreds of people homeless and in desperate need of help.

Rekord, in partnership with sister branches across the country, launched a campaign to get donations to people affected.

Since the #HelpingKnysna project was launched, stacks of donations have been received from Pretoria residents.

The good Samaritans donated household items, toiletries, bedding, non-perishable food and much more to help Knysna residents.
